I studied information technology at BA Stuttgart and theoretical computer science at FU Berlin. I worked in academia at Zuse Institute Berlin with MPI-CBG on image analysis from 2009 on. In May 2013 I joined elasticsearch as a developer. This was also my entry to the world of search and big data and ever since I feel like I discovered the land of milk and honey.
